Help

Just pray that the water heats up and it doesnt shock the fish and hope the x-ray doesnt go before the water gets to the correct temp.

Let the heater do its job, don't add any warmer water it will shock them even more, hope they hold in there.
What other fish do you have and how many gallons is the tank as i would add abit of salt to the tank for the stress.

just normal salt how much
its 15 gals and tetras flying fox hu seems to be coming to the top a lot and thing like that rtbs albino shark

the x ray passed

Flying fox is a plec isnt it, try two teaspoons for now, shouldn't harm the plec.
House hold salt if fine in small doses.

Never heard that household salt is ok in any amount but ok, in the future though I would get some aquarium salt. As you get MTS(multiple tank syndrome) and if you start to breed aquarium salt is used for many things from healing to hatching out eggs and so on.

no he aint a plec
wont it harm the tetras or shrimp

That wouldn't be very pretty for the fish.

No, it wouldn't.

You're better off getting some of that pure sea salt from most supermarkets - seems to be cheaper than pet shops and it's 100% pure salt, no additives and no artificial nonsense.

Paul.

EDIT: I think it's called 'rock salt' or something.
