Does it's spine look broken ? Could you have injured it during a recent gravel vac / water change ?
Are there skin lesions ?

it looks broken to me... probably not? cuz if i had maybe i would have seen it... i dont see any cuts or anything like that

ok, if you can't see any cuts or lesions to it, your best bet is to leave it right where it is - trying to net it will almost certainly cause more harm. Keep a close eye on it.

I had a Kuhli that I injured with a python :X and had what looked like a broken spine as well as a nasty lesion where the python cut into him
For many months he could hardly swim (he just did these crazy motions like a fit, thrashing about), but he healed well from his lesions so I just let him be. Now, more than a year later - he's back to perfect.

Let us know how it goes. Good luck

THNX... he seems fine until he tries to swim ( in thrashing, seizure like movements ) i guess ill juss leave him alone for now
