Help!

Right after the death of my poor black moor, I am determined to save my oranda.
One baby oranda in a 58 litre tank, a rena filstar 1/2 AND a fluval 2 (just got fluval and thougth both couldnt hurt)
She has traces of ick, and i have just noticed her fins going a bit ragged.
I have been trying to treat with protozin for the ick without that much sucess, due to excessive water changes as my tank is in a nitrite bit of cycling (ammonia 0.25 at the most, nitirite 0.5 to 0.75, nitrates 10) also have salt, and an unopened bottle of melafix ( )

Any advice would be much appreciated, dont really know about the ragged fins.

The fish has bacterial finrot, remove the salt from the tank and go in with the melafix instead, as the salt not doing alot, good luck.

Usually when the fish catches whitespot and it's visible on the fish, doesn't that mean its too late?
