Well first of all I just did a water change on my 29 gallon, and picked up a rock with about 400 convict eggs all over it, and secondly I pulled out the filter pads, and dirt went absolutely every where. Now my tank is so cloudy, and disgusting.

Well first of all one of my rocks toppled over, so I went and picked it up, and underneath were about 400 convict eggs. I really dont want these eggs, so what should I do? I have like a gallon bucket which I could put them, but will i need to put my air bubbler in there or will it be ok?

Secondly I was taking out the pads of my filters to clean them, and dirt went all over my tank. Now the water is looking real crappy. How long will this take to go away?

Any advice on these matters would be grateful.

Thx
Adam

Once the filter is back in and running it should help to clear the water and you could probably do another water change ASAP.

As for the eggs, it's your choice - keep them or destroy them. Personally, I would keep them...
