[Bottom Dweller]

A few of my fish are looking peculiar. Their stomach or body are becoming smaller making their head and eyes look huge. One has been like this for almost a year. Others are starting to develop a curve to the bottom of their profile. Anyone know what might be causing this?

Have you noticed it with any particular fish (mbuna or haps). Are they eating well?

I have noticed it with the red empress and the bumble bee.
All are eating very well.
Any clue?

It sounds like it could be an internal parasite. Even though they're cichlids it's probably worth posting in emergencies to get a wider range of feedback on the problem.
