Help With Worms

hi if someone could give me some advice please, ive have just seen alot of worms hiding in the gravel of my fish tank, some are clear and some a pinkish red. are these harmful to my angel fish? and how do i get rid of them, i cant see any worms on my fish but one of the angels is at the top of the tank gasping for air. help! thankyou

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Gravel vac and water change.
Increase aeration.

is it possible to load a pic up of the worms.
Do you feed any live foods.

Do the worms have a y shaped tail.
