Help With Stocking Please

Hey i am upgrading my tank to a juwel rio 240 and i already have convicts and a blue cray fish i am going to add some jewel cichlids and rainbow cichlids what do people think and how many can i have of each ?

I wouldnt add Jewels, they are african cichlids and shouldnt really be mixed with the less aggressive american cichlids.

How many convicts do you have already? Are the paired? Because they are extremely aggressive when spawning and there isnt much that will withstand that kind of aggression.

ah really my fish shop guy said jewels would be ok or texas cichlids and i have 6 convicts 2 have paired the rest are there kids i think i will sell 4 of them though/ give them away what cichlids would you suggest ?
