My platies have pale/white mouths, so I was treating them for mouth fungus (pimafix and melafix). Now I've noticed that they are rubbing against the rocks in my tank. One of the platies had whitespot (less than 10 spots) about a week ago and I treated the tank with RidIch and the spots went away quickly. At this point I'm not sure what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Here are my stats:
Tank size: 10 gallons
pH: 7.8
ammonia:0
nitrite: 0
nitrate: 30 ppm
tank temp: 75 f
Volume and Frequency of water changes: 30% weekly
Tank inhabitants: 4 platies and 2 small catfish
Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): I have these platies for approximately two weeks.

What a mess, don't like to say add two meds, have you increased aeration in the tank, and turned temp up to 30.
See if the whitespot med helps with the columnaris on the mouth.

You're using both PrimaFix and MetaFix? I wouldn't reccomend that. Just use one; I use MetaFix, and it has done the job well for me. Good luck!!
