Help with sick fish?

I have 4 bloodfin tetras right now in a 10 gallon tank.And recently one of the fish has caught cotton wool disease around its mouth.I plan on buying some anti fungal medicine.But I can't afford to buy another tank to act as a quarantine.What should I do?(tank has been cycled)

Buy a fish breeding breeding box and use it as a quarantine for sick fish. Top Fin has one for 6 bucks at Petsmart. Also get the API Pimafix to treat the fungal infection of the one fish in the quarantine.

(Don't forget to clean the breeding box if you put other fish in after)

There's no point putting the fish in a breeding box, as they let the water from the main tank circulate through them, so the fish won't be isolated.

The disease will be in the tank now, so you need to treat the whole tank, and all the fish, anyway.
