Help With Rena Filter Please

we have a trigon 350 set up running a rena filstar XP3 filter,the original juwel one was removed when we bought the tank as apparently it was not up to the job......
we have all 3 baskets containing media,in the bottom filter foams,in the middle we have ceramic rings and finally in the top we have activated carbon and white filter pads,the filter has been set as per the manual,primed correctly and is running fine,BUT we still have slightly cloudy water afer a week now,we have tried accu clear treatment,and sadly this has not done the job,does anybody happen to have the definitive answer to clear water,i would like to keep this filter if possibe,does anybody happen to have the same filter running different media,or a different order that would help clear the water

do 50% water change twice a week if nesseccary and ur tank seemz to be new so it should go away sooner or later
