Help With New Tank Stock

Hi all dose any one no of a fish that is color full quite interesting to watch and will be ok with neons corys plecs and harlequins

Just so we know what to advise for we need to know a bit more about the tank:
How big is it?
How many fish and what species of fish live in the tank?
What is the tanks PH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and temperature?
