HELP WITH ICK + BABIES!!!!

I have a 5 gallon tank that has 3 mollies, and 6 molly fry, in it. The fry are in the breeding trap still, but 2 of my mollies may have ick. I can see spots on their fins but not their bodies.... I don't know if it is Ick or not as i cannot see any other white spots on their bodies

Should i relocate my fry to my 10 gallon, to ensure their life? What would you do???
is there any chance that the fry have it to and when i move them to the 10 gal. will they infect that tank???

I think I've already replied to this elsewhere but yeah you should seperate them then treat the adult.

I used King British White Spot Control which was pretty effective but you need to keep treating for a little while after the spots have cleared.
