Apologies, first of all, if this is in the wrong place, but, I am a beginner, and I do have a question :)

Just a quick one; how can I reduce the flow/current caused by my filter? It's not drastic but I do feel my gourami and corys could be doing with a slight reduction so they don't have to fight quite so hard against it.

It's a Juwel Bioflow Super, I think. The standard filter that comes with the juwel rekord 600.

Thanks in advance!

More holes in the outlet from the filter will reduce the pressure and therefore current.

add a "Duck Bill" end to your filter pipe. Not sure if you can get on for your filter

EBAY !

You could always add a tap to the pipework.

Ah, holes! That sounds like something I could do!

The Duck Bill sounds quite good too, but the holes seem like a better option at the moment! The tap is way too technical...

What advice would you give on the number of holes and their diameter?

Drill holes small, and one at a time until you reach your desired flow.
Bigger holes and more of them will dramatically change the flow rate.

Perfect, thank's for the advice, chaps!
