Help With Co2

Hi m8 , either the yeast you have is old or you used water that was to hot.
Most people use bakers dried yeast and sodium bicarb (which is whats in the packs in the kit)
The water needs to be tepid not hot.
That's all i can think of that will stop the production of co2 .
 
Why bother adding Sodium Bicarb? I never do...
 
Why bother adding Sodium Bicarb?
It all depends on your water, my water is very soft so the bicarb helps to maintain pH and provide greater tolerance to the buildup of alcohol in the culture medium.
