Help With Co2 Please

its pushed everything out of the line except for like .5" worth. now it wont push the rest and start the co2 any ideas on what i can do or is maybe the refill bad?

? could there be too much water in the reactor body keeping the gas from going into the tube?

what sort of reactor etc are you useing i had probs with mine how long have you waited?

its a red sea 40g tubo co2 system
