Help With Cichlid Choice

What cichlid would be the best option for the following fish?
Neon Tetras 8
guppies 5
gourami dwarf 4
mystery snail 2
4 dalmation mollies



any suggestions on some peaceful cichlids?
60 gallon tank btw

rams would be a good choice. but i have heard that they are very needy with ph e.t.c and require very clean water and care.
