Help With Additives

I am going to ask a dumbo question mainly as i have never used all these cycle, stress coat additives so here goes.

I have just picked up some bunkrupt stock. i was late getting there but i picked up.....

3 bottles of STRESS COAT +
1 bottle of STRESS ZYME +
1 bottle of NUTRAFIN AFRICAN CICHLID CONDITIONER.

All for £2 , so i thought for that lot it was a bargain.

Now i have one tank which is just coming to the end of its Nitrite cycle.
And one tank ready to go from scratch.

Can someone inform an old fart how to use these in these tank conditions.

Stress Coat is a declorinator so just use this instead of whichever declorinator you currently use. I use about half a cap full per 10l bucket when i do a water change

Stress Zyme is supposed to help boost the filter, i've never used it and have no real idea how it works. I think it says to add some to the tank when you add fish, but i could be wrong.

I'm guessing the african cichlid conditioner will adjust the pH to make it closer to the levels they prefer, no idea of the dosage though
