Help With A Betta

So i moved him into a 20L today and he is seeing a reflection of himself on the glass any way i can stop it he always flaring

I'm not sure if putting some black paper or something on the outside would reduce the reflection or not, if so, that might work..
My betta did this for a while when I first introduced him into his tank. As did my gourami (in another tank), I think they just need to get used to their new surroundings. Sorry can't be of much help :c
