Hi I have noticed that there are around 7 small white worms in my tank water I have checked out my fish and there doesnt seem to be anything on them and they all seem healthy as normal can you please help me i'm really worried.I have a 60 litre tank, with 2 kissing gourami one male siamese fighter,1 tetra(i know they should be in groups but I had 2 others which recently died) ,Golden algae eater and two female siamese figters which I added today I have got a external filter with ceramic, carbon and live bacteria,I do a 25% water change every 2 weeks,50% change every month, clean the filter media in old tank water every 6 weeks,1 plant not too sure of the name and a moss ball.I use water conditioner to get rid of chorine metals ect also use flora boost to aid my plant growth and also add filter aid every 2 weeks. Please help me as I have only just stabalised my aquarium as it has been up and running for around 7 weeks.Ammonia 0,ph 6.5,gh 60,carbonate hardness 40,nitrite 0 and nitrate is 10 temp 26oc. Please help.

I am no expert, but you should relax a bit.
those white worms on the glass of the tank? Seems like what you are describing is harmless(you didnt give much details), but correct me if I am wrong.
those worms are probably the result of over-feeding/over-stocked.

You seem to be doing well on your waterchanges. Probably do some gravel vac too.
Your tank doesnt seem to be over-stocked. Do a large waterchange and cut down on the feeding.

It's overfeeding that usually causes them. Cut down on food and leave one day a week without feeding your fish at all.

Yeh - I had these once when I went away for 2 weeks and my Mum fed them

By the way - have you got a male and female siamese fighter in the same tank ? Correct me if im wrong but the male is very aggressive towards the females and will quite likely kill them. In a much larger tank you can be lucky that they keep apart but probably not in a smaller one, and certainly not one with very few plants.
