Help! Whitespot!

Helo there i had white spot around a month ago and it seems to have come back again already! not as bad though as ive caught it early! i have got some interpet white spot tratment, it say do a second dose on day for, but in many posts i have read on here it says chemical treatments for this should be done every two days! whats the best way to use this?? thanks

recently just came out the other side of whitespot myself (well the fish, not me... u know what i mean!) i used king british white spot treatment on recommendation of my LFS, used it once every other day for 9 days, left the lights off the tank, minimal feeding, water change on day 10, nearly 2 weeks later and everything left is very healthy. make sure you've taken the carbon out of your filter before medicating as it saps the medication out of the tank. good luck
