HELP!!!!! white cloudy tank

i've just posted a note in fish emergencys about bacterail blooms, i was worryed if it was going to affect my fish.
and was told instede of a bacterail bloom, its probably excces protien, and not to worry if my system was cycled.
when i asked if it had anything to do with my recen alterationsi i was pointed to this forum?

ALTERATIONS

ADDED A NEW 38W TUBE TO THE STANDARD 2 IN A JUWEL RIO 300LTR,
BEFORE 79W
NOW 114W
A HOMEMADE YEAST AND SUGER CO2 GENERATOR
A HOMEMADE CO2 FORCED REACTOR

I.VE ALSO ADDED 1TSP OF IRON SULPHATE AND 1TSP OF POTASIUM SULPHATE DESOLVED IN A LTR OF TANK WATER.

my questions is has the addition of the suger and yeast co2 and the potasium/ iron sulphate anything to do with my problem.
any feed back?

the problem seams to of rectafied its self, waters now gin clear, rummys got there colour back, didnt seam to bother my disc at all. plants have nealy doubled.
