Help Wanted With External Filter

Hi all
I have recently purchased a second hand external filter, it is a Interpet EPF350,unfortunately it didnt come with any instructions, can anyone tell me how to set up and get working?

Looks like an interesting filter. Do you run any other canisters, and if so, how does this Interpet compair with them?
