Help! Urgent! Red Forest Jewel Is Tilting To The Side

Please help!
My Red Forest Jewel has been swimming to the side lately.
I have no idea how it could happen, I havnt done anything new to the tank.
A friend suggested it could be bladder problem..if so how can I possibly treat it ?
Its so hard to watch her and not do anything about it.
PLEASE HELP ASAP!
any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

It could be swim bladder. It could also just be trapped air from the food taken at the surface of the water. Feed him a cooked pea, and let him fast for a day of no food, try to turn down the current of your filter if you can (some come with a knob that you can turn) if not put an ornament infront of it to slow/divert the current. Hope he gets better!
