Help Still Needed

i have had my fish tank for a while now ive got 3 white cloud fish i think theyre called and have recently got 2 dwarf gouramis, do i still need to be changing the water over a certtain amount of times a week or just regualrly swill the filter and the insides out? any help appreciated

you should be looking to change around 20-30% of your water each week (as a very rough guide) to ensure the tank water stays relatively clean.

As for cleaning the filter, I personally only clean mine out (using tank water in a bucket, not tap water otherwise the chlorine will kill off the bacteria) when I notice the flow rate has been reduced.
