Help Required

Hi,

This is my first post here and I need your help.

Over the past few days I have lost all my fish, including my 2 Pleco's which I have had for 6 years tiny when first got but were 12 inches long when they passed away.
I have had repeated problem with a fungi problem in the tank on and off for a long time, I though we had got over it as we had not seen any problems since last year. It returned and what looked like white spot mush have been more as I have now lost everything.

The question is how can I sterailse my tank, everything is going and I'm thinking of starting a marine tank but how can I ensure that it is totaly clean and bug free before setting up.

Any help appriciated.
