Help! Red Dots Found On My Albanio Guppy Head!

Red dot found on my albanio guppy head!!! any1 knows what is it?? is it a sickness?? help pls T_T

Size of tank in gallons or litries.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Red pin prick spots can be septicemia to parasites.
Any flicking and rubbing or excess mucas.

Sorry couldnt get a picture due to my guppy keep swim away from my sight whenever i take out my cam =.=..
Water level are all normal just tested, around 15 fish inside my 2ft tank, 6 zebra danio, 5 guppy, 4 swordtail...

Only this albanio guppy got this red dot on her forehead, and i found another thing on her lower body, her scale seems to be bloated out??? no idea why T_T...

What do you mean another thing on her lower body.
Do you mean scales are sticking out.
