plz i need help is this hole in the head or not as i have bought 5 discus home from my lfs and i just notice these little hole on 3 of the discus HELP PLZ!!!!

Hole in the head looks like pitting. Small indented areas like a pencil mark.
Or spots that ulcerate into a hole.
Is there any strands coming out of the hole.

Feed a vitamin supplement.
Remove black carbon from filter.
Water changes.
A hole in the head med.
