Help please

I have a gold severum and he has lost his color within the passed to days and now is swimming funny my ammonia is at 0
nitrate is at 5.0
nitrite is at 0
ph is at 7.2

I just did a 25 % water change today please help I dont think he will make it through the night if it will help I can post a pic

I'm not sure what kind of fish that even is, but I'll try to help you anyway.

When you say he's swimming funny, can you describe that a bit more? How big is his tank, and who else is with him? What's the temp of the tank?

Did he start this before or after the water change? Does his belly look swollen?

yes his belly does look swolen I have a green severum a common pleco a butterfly fish a bichir and an angelicus cat. It started before the water change. He is just kind of floting not really swimming and kind of turning side ways and temp is abput 82

Hmm, well is he doing anything else odd besides swimming funny - like scratching on anything, or gasping for air?

Constipation? do you feed them peas or similar to help keep them regular?

yes I do feed them peas every now and then and he was not scrtching on any thing but I am sad to asy when I woke up this morning he was dead sould I worry about my other fish or do you think it was some thing with only that fish?
