help please

I have 2 kribs in a community tank. I'm pretty certain they are both males but they never go near my guppies or tetras.
I have loads hiding places with plants ornaments and a plant pot.
Up until today both looked good with orange colour on dorsal fin and tail and pink tummies.
However the smaller one has started taking to hiding at the side of the filter today and is looking really grey.
Im kinda worried so if anyone can help please do.

One of them might be dominating over the other. My two kribs did that, I don't know. Are you sure they are males? Can you post a pic??

cant get a good pic.
Im pretty sure both are male cause their dorsal fin are pointed and not rounded like females.
I used to breed kribs years and years ago.
Had no problem with these 2 till today and had them a few months
