don't know how much I can help, but wanted to respond as I know how aggravating it is when not a lot of people do.
-check out your water parameters immeadiately.(pH, nitrite, nitrate, ammonia, temperature)
-ask yourself a few questions like "when was the last time I did a water change?" and "have there been any recent illnesses in the tank or dramatic fluctuations in temperature, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, or pH?"
I know you most likely already know this and/or have already taken care of it, just figured I'd throw it in there.
-what color is your molly usually? (referencing her red/pink color now)
-check out number 4 first, then maybe skim the rest of this page:

-she is safe in the breeding net from the other fish eating at her tail, right? Good move, if she could, she would thank you.
-this is another very helpful post from the tropical fish emergencies page.

thank Phantom_Thief, as he is the author.
check out numbers 3, 17, and 18.
hope this helps. Unfortunately, I have little advice I can give you. Just these suggestions. But don't worry, there are a ton of people in this forum who have been fishkeeping for years and really know their stuff. Good luck, keep us posted on how things go.
