hi
i have a 48x12x15 tank and have 3 fluval filters
teh sponges are knackered now and the shops dont sell teh makeanymore

can i cut down and use normal bath sponges to go inside my filters
?

not bath sponges, you dont have to use fluvals pads buy some big one and cut them down

just dont use bath sponges and youll be good, anything for fishtanks should be safe
