Help ... Platy Pooing Minced Beef!

Can anyone tell me whats
wrong with my platy? Her anus looks huge and it looks as if she is trying to pooh minced beef - it's red with white bits in it She doesn't look happy, lethargic at the top of the tank but still feeding ... over the past few months I've gradually lost all my platies, not like this though - what is wrong - can anyone help please.

what are your water stats (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate) and also has the fish been loosing weight?

I will check water stats , but no she is quite a big platy and hasn't lost weight.

my first guess is that she might be constipated. What do you feed your fish?

To help with constipation, try feeding a few de-shelled peas, cut into fish bite size pieces.

Been through this a long time ago about internal parasites, are you still losing alot of fish.

That's exactly what it looks like. Lost nearly all my platies now, but otherwise things are pretty stable. How should I treat this please?

No, don't no why waterlife use the internal parasite card as once there infested with them it won't work.

Thanks, I've had a look at the link, quite expensive at £16.99 and most likely postage as well - I don't know what to do really, i assume these can be passed onto the rest of the tank? Do you think it would be kinder/safer to put her to sleep?

She is bad and infested with them.
Yes the others will have them.
Sorry but when you take animals on you have to treat them when they are sick.

just haven't really got £16.99 to spare at moment, but if I can get some of bloo's wormer would it rid the whole tank of the problem? By the way please don't think i don't take care of my pets ... I really do take this seriously as with all my pets
