Help,planaria Infestation And Fry

hi everyone,i need help and fast.my 29 gallon tank has been infested with little white worms and i just notice lots of fry what should i do??

well i just wanna know about the fry and the worms?

Get going with a gravel vac to get the worms out.
What are your water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph.
You could buy a little tank for the fry.
Crushed flakes for the fry and baby brime strimp.
Plenty of hiding spaces and plants to hide in.
