Help! Phosphate Level Is Not Going Down

Can someone help me? my phosphate level way over the normal level. i was told to do more frequent water changes and i do twice a week, and it is not doing anything. i am using soft water from a filter purchased from an reef/aquarium speciatly store which i was recommended. i am lost. my rocks change color greenish brown and i would like to have corals but was told at the levels of phosphate in my ..they will not survive. i dont know what else to do,.help please any advice???

I had phosphates too high and I added phos-buster by Caribsea. Within 4 days most green algae gone and coralline finally starting to spread.
