help one of my black tetras

One of my black tetras has developed by the looks of it 2 balls underneath its guts just as its body shapes backwards before the fin. he still swimming just as activily as he always does and doesnt seem to be anything wrong yet, is it cantagous what ever it is

what should i do, its late at nite here now.

Ive done some research of my own i found a description that pretty much matches it. Im not 100% sure but im 90% sure that it is a skin ulcer.

Only reading off bodasafa sticked post with common fish diseases, thing i cant check atm are my water parametres, so im going to go buy a test kit, old one ran outta stuff bout 4 weeks ago, i thought my waters allways fine that i didnt need one.

Just a quick question are skin ulcers contangous cause i havent actually got a spear tank and cannot afford a nother set up at this time, so im going to have to treat him in the main tank (Or will the treatment hurt the other fish in tank, would i be better off putting him to sleep)
