Just keep up with maintenance to make sure your water is pristine and all parameters are good. And vary their diet. I feed mine with regular tropical flakes daily and once a week a feed bloodworm and, again once a week, with Artemia.

Rams are territorial but the fish you have in with them should pose no real problems. You might also want to provide them with a cave with some form of flat surface. When breeding rams lay their eggs on such surfaces and guard them vehemently.

If they do spwan eggs though, don't be surprised if they don't hatch the first few trys and the rams eat the eggs. It is common that a newly bonded pair need some "practice" before they get it right.

I should also point out that blue rams are prone to just keeling over and dying for no apparent reason :/ . You could have them for months and months looking perfectly healthy and wake one day to find one dead in your tank.

If this happens, check your water parameters and if all seems well rest in the knowledge that dou didn't do anything wrong.

All in all though, just enjoy them. They are fantastic fish with great colour and character. A great addition to any community tank IMO.

as a side note....I would add smoe more cories to your tank as well  .

They really prefer to be in groups and I would suggest adding another 5 or 6.

Your tank is plenty big enough and you could even add some more top dwellers. Perhaps a few gourami?

just a thought ;)

Give your Rams a variety of food as well.

Feed lots of frozen (and live if possible) to condition your rams such as bloodworm, brineshrimp, mosquito larvea etc.

Feed dried flake/pellet food also.

feeding a varied diet will keep them healthy and to help bring out there great colours.
