Help, No Instructions On Fertilizer

We are just about to set up our tank, but the instructions on the tub don't seem to be in English.
We have DeponitMix professional by Dennerle.
Do we just layer it under the gravel? If so how thinkly?

There is also a perfect plant system set with E15 feractiv, V30 complete and S7 Vitamix if anyone knows about these and knows how and when I use them?

We just have basic lights at the moment also, but are planning on getting brighter ones next week, will the couple of plants we got given today be ok until then?

Thank you. I didn't want anymore delays in setting it up, i've already changed the gravel twice as I have now found the catfish friendly fine grain I was after all along.
