Help Needed

[load of pollocks]

recently a while ago i clean out my files and cookies etc and and yes i should have written it down but i forgot so the problem is that my original username load of pollock i have forgotten the Password and have follow the intruction prompt via the replied email have follow what it told me to do as click the first link have tried input new password but told me that i need to validate the the key so i went click the second link have input the key and user number etc and new password and click next came up page is disable and the error still happening and have also contacted the admin email that were on same page of the bottam and yet to heard a replied from the admin with this problem as have explain what happening, as it have been week been patient for a reply as i like my other ID back

any help to retrieve my username back will be greatful admin and mod thank you hopeing to hear from u ASAP
