help needed with my tank

hey there i currently own a aqua one ar850 tank. This runs ona wet-dry filter. my question is that when the filter is on which is all the time it makes a terrible noise of water running as if i was running a tap into an empty bowl! is this normal?? if not any help is much appreciated

One of my filters make that noise, i like to hear it as i no it's running properly.

ohhh rite so there aint a problem?? justw en i go to fish stores and they have theirs running the aint a sound coming from it

It sounds ok to me, once i don't hear that noise i no it want's a clean to unblock the waste inside.

could you give a few more detaisl on the filter, a wet dry filter can imply an expensive cannister filter or a sump set up.

wet dry filters as in expensive cannister are quite noisy as the cannister is contantly filling up then emptying.

oh rite i mean my water level i think is right to the top of the tank but i aint fully sure. i will have to check.
