Help Needed Urgently

hi can anyone help, we have a new fish tank, and have had 2 fish acting really strange , they are ok one minute the next they just seem to be floating around the tank, upside down, going to the top, on the bottom. then 10 mins later go back to normal, however one of our angel fish has died this morning was fine then just started acting all weird, floating around the tank couldnt control itself ended up on the bottom of the fish tank.

has anyone a clue what this is?

can you give us some more information to help us diagnose the problem

how long has the tank been set up? what did you do to prepare it before you added fish? what size is it and what fish do you have?
