Help Needed Please!

I have a Trigon 190 tank and been going for 3 weeks. Got 3 Rosy Barbs after 10 days and since added 3 small Silver Sharks and 2 Pics Catfish. One of the Barbs was not right when I got him, lost its colour, didn't and remained in the bottom corner of the tank and eventually died a couple of days again. The others have been fine until today, when one of the other Barbs who has been fine is now not eating and again hovering on its own, also appears to be head standing a bit too. Colour is ok though, but concerned there may be something in the tank. The 3 sharks are eating ok, but maybe paranoia, but appear to be tail standing two thirds from the bottom of the tank predominantly in one corner. I'm obviously very concerned that the tank is contaminated. Any ideas or suggestions. Have performed water changes every 3 days due to concerns and water parameters are ok.

when you say the tank has been running for 3 weeks does that mean it was cycled and has had fish in for 3 weeks or you bought a tank and put fish in it 3 week ago....?

It was cycled and had fish in it for 2 weeks.

What are your water stats. When you say silver sharks do you mean balas?

It was cycled and had fish in it for 2 weeks.

how did you cycle the tank? also 3 silver/bala sharks are/will be too big a fish for a tank of that size i would remove tham asap and choose a more suitable species for your tank. do plenty of research or ask on here for fish suitable
