Help Needed Asap

i finally picked up my rio125 today.
i got the gravel
ornaments
plants
driftwood

the lfs told me there was a little welcome pack in the tank that will have stress coat and something to treat the water.but it was not there

the question is can i still add my water tonight and add some stress coat tommrow ?

Yes that will be fine as long as you have no fish in there.

You can fill the tank up with water then good luck, i will leave you a link on the fishless cycle, far better than using fish.
