Help My Puffer

HELP MY PUFFER! HE IS SICK KINDA LAYING ON HIS SIDE ON THE BOTTOM WHAT DO I DO? HELP PLEASE!

Need alot more info.

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
What do you feed the puffer.
Does he look bloated.
Does he look pale or darker in colour.
Is he acting listless and lethagic.
What does it look like when he goes to the toilet.
