Help My Plattie Has A Whitish Cloudy Circle Around His Mouth

This is my first post so please bear with me.

My one Plattie, who gave birth ine week ago has a whitish cloudy circle attached/around her mouth?

Any ideas what this is? Or how I can treat it for her?
