Help! My Mono Is Eating My Archers Crickets

Just as the title says. My larger Mono Sabae is eating the crickets that my archer spits into the water. Any ideas on how to stop him. Also my archer will not eat if he can see me any ideas how to change that as well.

in time the archer, as should any fish get used to presence in front of the tank.

is there a food that mono's dont like, but archers will go for, thats my only suggestion, other than that, just put a few more in so that the archer has a chance to get one, make sure you remove any uneaten food.
