One of my guppies has been really aggressive lately so I tried to move her to another tank "jail tank" so she would calm down. So I scooped her up in a small bowl on water and set it on the counter. I watched her for a few seconds and without warning she jumped out of the jail and onto the floor. I got her in a net and put her back in the tank but I had to nudge her a bit with my finger so she would go in the net. I know human oil is bad for fish skin but is there anything that I can do? She seems fine now but I don't know how long that will last. Is it hopeless or can I still save her?

She was only out for a few seconds! Don't worry, she'll be fine!

I've lost count of the number of times my Bala has jumped out of the tank when I've been cleaning it - he's still alive and kicking, and I never even used the net to get him back in, just my hands. Fish are tougher than they look XD

she should be fine, also have you checked the water pH levels etc blah blah blah just to make sure everything if good. and are you feeding them enough? if you are then don't worry about it she is just frisky xD

However, as it turns out that fish might have been pregnant. What does this mean for her babies?
