Hi

I have never posted in a fish forum, but today but i am really worred about my tropical fish. over the space of a week about 5 have died and a further 2 look like they are on there way out.. i dont know what to do. i have water changed 30%

ok. it all started a week after we introduced a new clown loach to the community tank. i only noticed the next morning after he had been introduced to the tank that he was riddled with white spot. (Brought from pets at home.) so the community tank was treated straight away. no other fish caught white spot thankfully. but since the clown loach has died so have 2 mollys, 1 female sowrd tail, 2 female guppies and a male guppy. i just dont know what to do.

the tank is 4 foot by 3 foot with plants and my fish are fed a mixture of forzen and flake food.

Now my real question is the female fish ( 2 guppies, 2 mollys and female swordtail) all seem to be streched and have the tummys sucked in before they die. its asif they change shape and it looks painful to look at. there is no spots on them or anything and i have looked all over the net at tropical fish diseases and cant find anything. the fish shape is obviouls. it must be something serious as all those have died from it and im getting really distressed and i dont want to go to pets at hime again for advice. can anyone help with and meds cos i think that the clown loach intoduced something into the tank. they where all fine before that. please help.
