It looks like Gill Disease also known as Gill Rot sometimes.
Does it look like there is a hole in his gill?

If so would issolate the fish.

You could treat with Trisulfa or Tetracycline.

i would remove the fish to his/her own tank for now. it looks like gill rot. or possibly been attacked by tank mates?

Thanks for the fast replys. I have a little problem that i dont have an extra tank hopefully it will be ok to treat him in the same tank as the other fish ?

Depends on what's in your tank and whether any other fish are at risk for developing the same thing. you don't want to medicate healthy fish. Do you have a large-ish tupperware sort of container? Stick a cheap filter in it and presto - you have a hospital tank.

Also, sometimes fish can get sick for no apparent reason, but other times we can figure out whether something in particular caused his illness. If you can fill out the questions below, we'll take a stab at trying to figure this out.
