Help My Favorite Goldfish Is Sick

he has lost all his colour and has gone from orange to yellow,his fins are torn as many of my fish have taken advantage of his lack of energy.he is not eating he was lying on his side and now he just floatson top of the water,my water stats are normal and he is in a 65g tank with a few other fish.he has absolutely no energy and refuses to move much even when i tempt him with bloodworms or with my net.

how old is he? what are his tank mates?
any other odd symptoms other than lethargic?
when was the last time he ate?

Sorry he didn't sound good once they lay on there sides they are dying and it's to late to try to save them. R.I.P.
