Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior): We noticed some small white bubbles looking things on his fin and body around the fin. He won't flare ( and he is pretty vain) and he wont eat. He has wedged himself in between the side of the tank and a rock.

Volume and Frequency of water changes: 30% daily

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank: Gravel, Decorative rocks, Nutrafin Betta Plus water conditioner, Kordon Rid Ich plus (first dose today)

Tank inhabitants: 1 Crown-Tail Betta

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): none

Exposure to chemicals: just what is listed above

I am pretty sure that my fish has ich, as his symptoms match everything I have read. Is there anything else I can do? I don't want him to die.

This is what you need to do. Everyday do around a 70% water change. Than after the water change get a bucket and fill it up with a gallon of tank water. Now add 1 tablespoon of aquarium salt. Than take your betta out of the tank with a net. Now place the net in the bucket of water. Make sure you hold your hand over the net to make sure your betta doesn't jump out. Leave him there for 5 minutes. IF at any time your betta shows sign of discomfort while in the bath take him out and put him back in the tank. This technique almost always works to cure ich. Proceed to do this until your fish gets better.

Thank you everyone for the advice. So far after a day in the ich medicated water, he is a little more active and has even eaten a little. I will definately try to salt bath. Thank you again. I really don't want him to die. he is my favorite.

No problem, I'm glad that we could help! :)
